- Internet connection viewer does not run on Windows XP
- Support via email is no longer available
for Internet connection viewer. If you are unable
to view internet connections, your windows modem
log file is probably too corrupted. The best
thing to do, therefore, is delete it from your
windows directory and let windows start a fresh
log next time you connect.
- Make sure you are using the most up to date
version of Internet connection viewer. Get this
from the download page. You are entitled to free
updates of the program if you register.
- To remove old Internet connection viewer registry
entries and your incorrectly formatted icv log,
run this program

- If you downloaded Internet connection viewer from
the Simtel network, you may find out that you are
missing 2 windows common files, msflxgrd.ocx [95kb] and /
or comctl32.ocx
[235kb]. Download them and put them in your
windows\system directory.
